This summer, I fell in love with Pretty Little Liars. It is a little too scary for me but I enjoy the suspense and drama nonetheless. And even after all these seasons, I’m not tired of being strung along through this twisted story. A few days ago, I started reading Game of Thrones. Right now I am nearing the end of the book, but I have been struck with a few similarities between this and Pretty Little Liars. I wanted to share these with you today.
Anyone could be dead, anytime. Good, bad, doesn’t matter. They just might get killed.
I won’t spoil any of this for you, but just be ready for it, at all times.
You never really know where everyone’s allegiances lie.
Below are just a few examples.
You don’t know who’s actually in charge.
Who’s A? Who should really sit on the Iron Throne? Who controls those that sit there? No one knows.
They’ve pretty much always got their own agenda. Don’t let your heart get broken this way!
The person in charge actually changes all the time.
It’s tough to follow exactly who is making the calls at any given time.
You get that hopeless feeling, like this will never end and nothing will ever be good again, regularly.
So, what I’m saying is that if you like one of these shows, you should probably watch the other. You know, if you love that feeling of hopelessness.
